Dr. Nomzamo Tutu
Her Occupational Health expertise saw her being appointed by the Minister of Labour (2004-2009) to assist the Director General of Labour in the hearing of Section 91 objections.
In 2005 Dr. Tutu diversified her business portfolio, exchanging Medicine for the rugged world of Construction. She became an Executive Director of Tarice Trading (Pty) Ltd and Mamokete Projects Pty Ltd, responsible for new business development and the provision of strategic direction for the company. Her vision saw the company partner with Group Five, WBHO and various other Black Economic Empowerment Enterprises, in bidding for strategic projects across the country.
Dr. Tutu was appointed to the 5th Engineering Council of South Africa by the Minister of Public Works and is currently the Chairperson of its Human Resource and Finance Committee. Dr Tutu is a founder and Director of African Armada,a company which is a partner with MSC Cruises, to operate and transfer to Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA) a Cruise Terminal in the Port of Durban.
